From small ideas come great things. Ramora was established in July, 1999. Initially we focused on providing a broad range of consulting services. Over time, we decided top augment our services through the development of a number of different software products. Two fundamental elements that form the basis for our success:

1. Our Methods . We cannot stress enough the importance of a standardized set of methods for delivery. That is not to say that we use a one size fits all approach. There are several important industry recognized methodologies that we employ: Unified Process,eXtrement Programming and Aspect. In addition we have developed several Ramora patented methods and practices as they relate to project management, web development, IT strategic planning, etc.

2. Our Employees. Most companies don't value thier employees; it's a simple fact.
